The windows are excellent. They are a perfect fit and really enhance the look of the summer house. I am disappointed with the fit of the door into the door frame. Sorry we were not here when you came to take the pictures. The door was small for the frame when the wood trim was removed. The door does not latch easily. I have found it open a couple of times. I am not sure how to fix it at this time.

I wanted to tell you how surprised I am with these windows. Here it is the end of January and I'm on the porch all the time. I put a two burner propane heater out there and most of the time I have to turn it down. It gets so warm inside that the windows start to sweat. I'm amazed at how air tight they are. I hear the wind blowing and I see the trees moving but there's no draft.

The quality of your work is second to none. Your crew was outstanding. They were dependable, courteous and neat. You are very lucky to have a great group of people working with you and they obviously were trained very well.
In the midst of getting our deck completed in time for the party, you also helped us out with an emergency ceiling and painting repair that was needed as a result of a plumbing situation that occurred days before the scheduled party. I can't thank you enough for that.
The level of service, quality of work and overall project mangement exceeded all of our expectations! We constanly hear praises form neighbors, passers-by and anyone that has visited our home in regards to our deck.
Please be sure to invite any potential or existing customers to stop by and see the deck. We are very proud of the finished product and you and your team should share that pride.
One other thing that is important to mention is the outstanding service that you personally extended to us. Phone calls and emails were returned in record time, you were always prompt and patient when meeting with us before/during and after the project was completed. That alone meant so much to us. Anyone dealing with home repairs knows that just getting a contractor to call you back is a challenge in itself. Your responsiveness was amazing.
Our next big project is our master bedroom and bath and your company will be the first, and only, comapny that we call to get the job done.

This is a note of special thank you for your professionalism. I have worked real esate for over 18 years, of which was in Florida. That included working with builders. There are only a couple I would recommend because of their work ethics. Ayars Construction is definitely one of them and first to be recommended by me and my husband to anyone who is considering renovation or new construction.
We found an advertisement in the paper and called. We have done this in the past and did not expect a call back. Not so. From our first meeting with Chip and Ed we knew we found someone who will do what they say. The presentation is very important and never give that up. You do what you say and putting it in writting keeps everyone on a clear and even page. Change orders are important and with everyone siging, keeps each party knowlegable of cost that would be incured.
From the time Al called to tell us when he would have a crew out to start, everything ran smoothly. I knew this was going to be a project that would need special attention and a very special creative aspect to figure of how to complete the project. Both Ed and Harry took the time to really look things over, talk things over and then came to some sort of conlcusion to make our breeze-way work and look like it was planned that way right from the beginning. This really surprised both Pat and I on how great it looks. We were so pleased and did not expect it to work out so well. This takes very talented individuals to do something like this.
Both Ed and Harry were polite, professional, and did not mind out four legged trouble makers. They showed up when they said, did what they said, and cleaned everything up. This is such a refreshing experience for us.
